SaddleBrooke One is a private active adult community nestled in the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains in Southern Arizona. We take great pride in our 27-hole golf course, restaurants, Tennis Center, state-of-the-art Fitness Center and the Golf Shop - stocked with everything from golf equipment to the latest in course apparel.

Our Community
SaddleBrooke One is the largest active private adult resort community in southern Arizona. Located north of Tucson in the majestic Catalina foothills at a height of nearly 3,500ft; SaddleBrooke One benefits from cooler summers which permits golf and outdoor activities all year long. SaddleBrooke One was founded in 1987 on 1,200 acres with approximately 3,650 residents, over 2,000 homes, 26 miles of private roads and abundant wildlife.
Our Amenities
Our grand Clubhouse offers a private meeting place for residents to gather for dining, events, club meetings and many activities every day of the week. The Clubhouse is home to a well-maintained library with hundreds of titles to choose from, meeting rooms, The Agave Lounge and The RoadRunner Grill. The Vistas dining room is the perfect scenic setting for celebrations, live entertainment and fine dining. When the sun is setting over the Catalinas, The Vistas ambiance is second to none.
Our Golf Courses
Nestled against the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains, SaddleBrooke One provides residents and guests with 27 holes of park land style golf featuring undulating fairways and tall native trees. There are three courses: SaddleBrooke, Tucson and Catalina, which may be played in any combination to create a unique golf experience.

Within the SaddleBrooke community, you will find several restaurants for dining choices from morning to evening.
Tennis
Membership in the SaddleBrooke Tennis Club is open to all residents of SaddleBrooke but membership is not a requirement to use the courts.

Centrally located at the southeast corner of SaddleBrooke Blvd and Ridgeview, the Tennis Center is the hub of tennis activities. With its large patio, gas grill, ice machine, bulletin boards and restrooms, the Tennis Center is the place to gather for social events and watch tennis in the shade. You can reserve the patio for other activities such as parties. The office has TV, coffee and comfy places to sit.
The Tennis Club actively manages the tennis court usage within SaddleBrooke (Eight courts at the SaddleBrooke Tennis Center and 11 other courts located within SaddleBrooke). Membership in the SaddleBrooke Tennis Club is open to all residents of SaddleBrooke but membership is not a requirement to use the courts.
Within the SaddleBrooke community, you will find several restaurants for dining choices from morning to evening. At SaddleBrooke One, the casual RoadRunner Grill and patio offers breakfast and lunch. There are themed evenings and special events scheduled on the patio which overlooks the golf course.
For your evening dining pleasure, the place to relax and order from a wide-selection of menu items is upstairs in The Vistas Dining and The Agave Lounge with its twilight views of the Catalina Mountains. You can even choose to order meals to go, six days a week. Menus are updated frequently and posted to the Residents Website. Gourmet pizza is found at Brooke One Pizza Kitchen.
Happy hours are available in the Vistas seven days a week from 3-5pm and the Road Runner Grill Monday-Friday from 3-5pm.
Frequently offered, special culinary events feature wine tasting, creative menus and themed dinners. Meet your friends for dinner, plan a special event dinner or just stop by for a spur-of-the-moment snack. All of that is within easy reach at our SaddleBrooke restaurants.

Dining in The Vistas features a panoramic view of the Santa Catalina Mountains. The perfect backdrop for nightly dining or a special celebration dinner. Several times each month the best entertainment in Tucson performs in this venue.
Chef Dave Bishow presents a frequently changing menu, along with weekly special features and classic home-style favorites.
The front lounge, along with the Vistas, is center stage for live entertainment several evenings per month. The Agave Lounge is the place to be for the live entertainment!
The RoadRunner Grill's extensive menu offers residents favorite soups, salads, specialty sandwiches and All-American classics. It's the perfect place to relax after a round of golf or laps in the pool. Diners may enjoy the panoramic dining room or the newly-renovated outdoor patio.
Brooke One Pizza Kitchen offers the freshest, best pizza this side of the Catalinas! We offer a regular, wheat or gluten free crust. Enjoy your pizza here or take it home.
There are many services available within SaddleBrooke. The communities of Catalina and Oro Valley are just a short drive away. Or you can drive a bit further to Tucson where you will find all the businesses and leisure of a large city.
SaddleBrooke is served by Golder Ranch Fire District. There are two fire stations within SaddleBrooke that are staffed 24/7. In addition to responding to fire and emergency medical calls, the firemen graciously give their time to educate the residents on safety issues, remove unwanted desert creatures from yards, change light bulbs in hard to reach vaulted ceilings, and replace batteries in smoke detectors.
Deputies of the Pinal County Sheriff are frequently seen patrolling SaddleBrooke in addition to responding to calls for assistance. They maintain a substation in the SaddleBrooke business center.

Downtown Tucson is just 25 miles away. Here you will find the University of Arizona, Tucson Symphony, live theatres, Tucson Music Hall, sporting events, museums, botanical gardens and a lot more.
The Tucson International Airport is approximately an hour away. Six airlines service the airport with 60 departures a day to 18 non-stop destinations. The parking rates are some of the lowest you will find.
